In this September issue of KM World, Darwin Ecosystem’s Awareness Engine was selected as a trend-setting product of 2010. Found on page 19, Darwin Ecosystem (darwineco.com) is defined as: Awareness Engine - an enterprise solution that fetches and correlates its own Web 2.0 information sources, as well as WWW selected sources, to provide timely awareness about what is happening in the enterprise and the internet.
We were fortunate to appear twice in this issue. There is also a front page article: Breakthrough from Darwin Ecosystem. It notes that Darwin “ applies chaos theory principles to reveal emerging patterns and correlations that accelerates the user’s understanding of what is happening about a given theme of interest regardless of popularity ranking.” The Darwin Awareness Engine™ provides “a new and missing perspective. The Darwin interface provides an intuitive, interactive ScanClod (patent pending) that reveals correlated themes for contextual content filtering around the user’s topics of interest, a BuzzTape that displays themes that have high content acceleration within the past 24 hours, and the ability to save attractors(a term used in chaos theory) to monitor the evolution of favorite topics.”
We really appreciate this coverage. Thanks to KM World.
