Through this blog we want to encourage discussion about content discovery on the Web and within the enterprise through looking at the patterns occurring in Web-based content. The Web is constantly generating vast amounts of new content and Web 2.0 adds layers of useful social information. Likewise, the introduction of Web 2.0 social media into the enterprise creates large amounts of potentially useful information about the social side of business processes. The key is gaining awareness and access to this social intelligence. Without the right tools we can duffer from information overload.
While we often cover our efforts at Darwin, this blog is open to the broader discussion of all aspects of gaining insight on Web-based content and how it can change an organization. We will also offer our perspectives on industry events and market news. Our goal is to help build a more transparent enterprise and obtain greater value from the Web, changing both how people work and the way they can better work together. We want to hear from you and welcome your comments, stories, and questions. We encourage you to browse our categories and not just look at our latest content. The categories contain the archives of our past posts. Often good blog content gets buried as it moves off the front. We hope that many of these posts remain useful as we will discuss issues and not simply provide current news. Also use our search field.
If you like what you find here please join the conversation through our comment fields. Our blog will allow us to learn of your comments regardless of when the original post was published. We look forward to hearing from your perspectives. We want to learn from you and we look forward to your participation.
